Privacy Policy

What we collect, how we use it, and your rights. This is a working draft — a full policy reviewed by counsel is required before data collection goes live.

What we collect

NAICP collects limited personal information, such as name and email address, to administer membership and community participation.

Specifically, when you join or submit a question we may collect your name and email address. If you complete coursework, we store a record of that completion and a verification number.

How we use it

  • To administer your membership and, if you opt in, email you.
  • To issue and verify coursework completion and badges.
  • To operate and improve the site.

Advertising & affiliates

We fund free content through display advertising and affiliate links. Third-party advertising or analytics partners may set their own cookies. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us. We will honor applicable data-protection rights under the laws that apply to you.

Placeholder policy. A real Privacy Policy — drafted or generated and then reviewed by counsel — is required before membership signup and any data collection go live.
